About the Artist
Amanda Li is a second year fashion master’s student at Pratt Institute, specializing in Fashion Collection and Communication. With a background in Communications and Marketing from the University of Michigan, she currently works in Marketing while in school. Originally from Kansas City, Amanda’s work centers on exploring her Chinese American identity through her experiences growing up in a Chinese household in a midwestern American city. Her practice spans leather, weaving, clothing construction, and knitwear.
